Based on the authors’ interests, the papers will be forwarded for possible publication and indexing of the same. However, we do not guarantee that all the submitted and published papers will be indexed by Scopus and WoS since the decision is always on the indexer’s side. For Scopus/WoS-indexed conference proceedings (Category-1 and Category-2), the Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable along with the regular conference registration fee (refer to the registration section for more details). The APC for Scopus-indexed and SCI-E indexed journal is applicable as per the journal policy (refer to the journal website for more details) (Category-3 and Category-4). Publishing papers in Category-5 is at a free cost. The organizer will provide the guidelines to submit the papers for possible publication. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee that every submission will be accepted/published.
Regarding the indexation, SCOPUS only accepts submission requests for indexation of Proceedings with an ISSN number and at least three online published and verifiable editions. If the Proceedings is a first or a second edition, the proceeding will be submitted to Elsevier Engineering Village (EI) instead. Proceedings accepted for indexation by EI are also accepted and later indexed by SCOPUS. We, as SCITEPRESS, can only commit to sending the papers to the publisher without any guarantees/commitment of the proceeding actually being indexed there since the decision is always on the indexer side, and normally it could take until one year or more to be indexed if it is to be indexed.
